Company

R.I.C. was established in 1999 and we deal with the planning, development and manufacturing of plastic, metal and composite material products. R.I.C. manufactures mainly carbon fiber parts (based on both thermoplastic and thermoset resins) by means of mass production techniques such as Press-forming, Compression Molding and long-fiber injection molding.

Our aim is to set high-quality standards and work with mass production technologies. We work for a wide range of market area’s like sports, leisure, nautical, automotive, motorbike, bicycle, offshore, radio astronomy, medical, automation and robot, photography, defense and aeronautical sectors. Being part of a network of companies with many years of experiences and expertise different production area’s besides the composite material components, we are also able to develop and deliver products made of engineering polymers, aluminium and metals. These can be made with techniques like M.I.M. ( metal injection molding ), C.I.M. ( ceramics injection molding ),  long fiber injection molding or by various manufacturing techniques for aluminum components.

R.I.C. has started by offering engineering services and technology transfers. In time due to customer requests, we have started to invest in a carbon fiber production facility. Today our company is able to follow the development of a part from start to finish. This makes us not only a supplier but also a partner for our clients.

We engineer the parts, molds, tooling and if needed we can also organize the testing an validation phase before starting the actual production. Ones a product is in production our quality management system and workflow control ensures a constant product quality and fixed leadtimes and therefor also fixed delivery times.

Besides our product development and manufacturing services, we also offer engineering services and consultancy for high-tech projects or research support in sectors such as: offshore, aerospace, defense or radio astronomy.
